Design & Engineering
Our team will prepare a set of drawings and design selection that will be used for the project.
Foundation & Framing
The construction team arrives onsite to complete the site prep, foundation and structural framing for your project.

Rough in
Trade partners install the required electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and insulation.
Fit & Finish
Roomsmith install's all of the interior and exterior finishing materials and details. Our trade partners return to install the lighting, heating and plumbing fixtures.

Wrap up
We conduct a final walk thru and clear any punchlist items; thoroughly inspecting every inch of your project to ensure it's good to go.

Sign off
We'll send you a final proposal to review and approve.

Our project manager oversee's all required inspections ensuring your project meets the criteria of your local building department.
