Roomsmith Voucher – Terms & Conditions

This voucher (“Voucher”) is issued by Roomsmith (“Company”) and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligible Services

• Voucher is valid only for services provided directly by Roomsmith, including:
• Design consultation
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Handyman repairs
• Jobsite cleanup

Service Area

• Voucher redemption is limited to projects located within the Twin Cities metropolitan area, as a service area defined by Company.

Validity Period

• Voucher must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of receipt. Expired vouchers will not be honored.

Scheduling

• All services are subject to Roomsmith’s availability. Scheduling will be coordinated directly with the Company and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates or times.

Rates & Additional Services

• Services performed under this Voucher are billed at a time-and-materials rate of $125 per hour, unless otherwise stated in writing by Roomsmith.
• Voucher value may be applied toward additional services requested by the client.

Restrictions

• Voucher is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
• Voucher cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Roomsmith reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny redemption or refuse service for any reason at any time.

Other Terms

• Voucher must be presented at the time of scheduling or service.
• Client is responsible for any costs exceeding the value of the Voucher.
• Use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
